Resources and Material Planning

• Identification and preparation of the material list applied in the services, its replacement classification (mandatory, recommended or eventual) and then elaborating the recommended list of minimum parts for stock purpose
• Analysis of parts replaced during the services performed, scrap rate of parts not supposed to be replaced for a continuous stock list review, preventing delays and complying with the agreed TAT

New Services and Processes Capability / New Business / Market Analysis

• Identification and analysis of potential new services and processes to be included in the shop capability
• Development and revision of the capability list, including the self evaluation analysis and preparation (technical publication, special tools, resources, training and special processes)
• Development and preparation of engineering requests and alternatives solutions for conditions not covered in the maintenance manuals
• Analysis of market for new services and procedures in the company scenario
